SHIPPING POLICY
Switzerland:
We want to make our shipping costs as transparent as possible and not overcharge - even if it means it's a bit confusing.

Standard shipping:

One t-shirt or one leggings up to and including size 110: 1.50 CHF

One t-shirt or leggings from size 116 or one jersey dress up to and including size 128 or one sweat dress up to and including size 104: 2.20 CHF

Shipping costs for several pieces of clothing or a jersey dress from size 134 or one sweat dress from size 110: 8.50 CHF

From an order value of 98 CHF the shipping is free!
Deliveries usually take 2-5 working days.

Priority shipping:

One Ttshirt or leggings up to and including size 110: 1.80 CHF

One t-shirt or leggings from size 116 or one dress up to and including size 128 or one sweat dress up to and including size 104: 2.70 CHF

Shipping costs for several pieces of clothing or a jersey dress from size 134 or one sweat dress from size 110: 10.50 CHF

All product prices are prices including the legally required Swiss VAT and customs duties. So you can sit back and simply enjoy receiving your clothes.

If you want your order delivered to any other country, please contact us so that we can see if it is possible to ship to you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To exchange the unworn and unwashed clothes, please contact us.
For the return, a period of 10 days from receipt of the clothes applies.

Delivery costs and costs for the return are not refundable.
Amounts already paid will be refunded within 10 to 15 days, after deduction of delivery costs and any loss in value.
Clothes that show a defect must be reported immediately. We will replace the defective product or refund the purchase amount. Self-inflicted damages (such as incorrect washing) are excluded, only production defects apply.
